Scranton Raccoon Control & Removal
| I recommend ACE Bat & Wildllife Control for raccoon removal and wildlife removal in the Scranton area. I have spoken with the
owner of ACE Bat & Wildllife Control, and he fully understands Pennsylvania raccoons and their behavior, and the proper methods for humane removal. For me to recommend him, he has agreed to abide by
rules of humane wildlife removal, all Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania wildlife laws, and have a thorough understanding of wildlife biology and the concerns associated with critter removal, such as the welfare
of the animals, the presence of baby raccoons in
the attic, and the need to perform complete wildlife removal services with permanent results, utilizing techniques such as home inspections,
preventative repairs, and animal waste cleanup. | |

Example Raccoon Control Email from Scranton, PA:
Hi, David: I live in Lackawana County, PA, just north of Scranton I have uninvited guests living in the crawl space between the 2 stories of my home. . . Difficult situation because they can stand up, run around and manuever, but we can't! Their location is visible through the access door in the ceiling of the garage, but as I said, the crawl space is, at best, 2 feet high. I believe it is mom and at least 2 babies (from the noise they make they are close to full grown!) so, as you state in the article I read on the internet, it is not going to be an easy task to get them out. I have no small children, but I do have a cat that goes out in the yard, and I am somewhat concerned about transmission of the raccoon roundworm, especially since I am certain they have created a latrine in the crawlspace that will have to be cleaned up, too. I just hope they are not infected . . . no way to know unless or until they are caught. I am not sure of your location, but wonder if you have any contacts in the Scranton area that I could call for advice and/or proposal for removal. Also, what would be a ballpark figure as to what a professional might charge? I do not plan to attempt any trapping on my own! Any help or advice you could share with me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Karen

Please be kind to raccoons! They are intelligent animals, and believe it or not, they definitely have emotions! |
