Hi David, I found your web site, and I am writing to see if you can possibly help us. We have tons of raccoons in this area (New Orleans), and although we had sealed all our entry points, a very intelligent raccoon tore off one of our vent screens and is under our house with, we think, a litter of babies. We saw the raccoon (they're very bold) on our deck last Sunday, and since then, I've heard them under our bathtub. When I looked around the house to see how they got in, I found the torn screen. We have a pest control company that's going to start using a trap outside the house/screen next week, but I am very concerned that they're not going to be able to deal with the problem as a whole, as in the whole family, not just the mom, if the mom is dumb enough to go into the cage, which she doesn't seem to be (dumb, that is).
