Lakeland Florida Raccoon Control Situation: Hi, I live in Lakeland FL and I have raccoons in my attic. I think that they have been here for a very long time. I thought at first it was squirrels and I hired someone to get rid of them. He closed the hole they had opened and trapped a baby raccoon. The next day they opened the hole and were in the attic again. He closed it shut again but that did not stop them. They broke in again. The third time he put up a copper cover, but I still hear them. What a job you have! I am not a fan of "critters" and have much respect for the service you provide. I have a contract pending on a house in Lakeland and the inspection turned up evidence of a raccoon in the attic. Raccoon feces, damaged insulation, and chewed wires. I am looking for an estimate for attic cleaning and restoration (to include sealing all entrances where wildlife can enter). I am asking for this to be done as a requirement in finalizing the contract on the house and would like to pass this estimate onto the homeowner. Is this something you could provide for me? Hi David, I first want to thank you for your wonderful and helpful website, it is sites like yours that make the internet a wonderful place I love your care and professionalism in your handling of raccoon infestation. I have just 2 questions for you, I have had raccoons decide to take up residence in my attic, they dug a hole right in the middle of a sheet of plywood! I have seen 2 come in and out of the opening which now has a one way trap door over it so they can leave as the please hopefully not to return. My question is at this time of the year an hour from Lakeland FL how likely is it that they will have babies in the attic as well.
